Tribute To Sheeri

I did this tribute a long time ago while Polymer City Chronicles was at its peek! (Man i still miss that strip...Sheeri the most) as you can tell I really got into this character.

I think even Chris was overwhelmed and amazed at her popularity and I feel in a lot of ways she completed the strip.

PCC was mostly a single panel gag strip with the main character Andrah (Blue muscular female) and Otto (the quirky scientist) but when Sheeri showed up it seemed to flow into a stream of fine strips leading from one to another.

The picture actually shows the evolution of Sheeri from her initial design in the upper left and proceeding down.
She really changed over the strips run, including hair, jewels in her forehead, horns and even a little muscle. (Inside joke there.)

(The joke) Sheeri never has really appeared super muscular in the strip save for one April Fool strip where Andrah and Sheeri traded body types.

However that hasn't stopped folks from making her super buff over the years even myself as you can see in my gallery. Oh and even Chris has done it...hehehe we love Buff Sheeri.

I love Sheeri in both forms so it doesn't matter as long as folks have her on their minds and draw her sometimes.

So here's to the little naive Urusai from another planet who had to put up with a whole lot shananagans.
